Accounts Payable Team Leader - Salary - £29,000 -£34,000 + exceptional benefits

Working in partnership with Search, this innovative, ambitious and hugely diverse national organisation is seeking a Accounts Payable Team Leader to join their Leadership Team.

Based in the Manchester Shared Service Centre this role will enable you to showcase your natural leadership skills and support the Accounts Payable Manager in delivering strategic objectives, implementing best practice and driving performance across a business which has a turnover in the billions. The role demands exemplary leadership skills which you will have developed within a shared service centre or large.

Key accountabilities include:

• Leading, managing and coaching a team
• Demonstrate engaging leadership and embedding a "can do" culture
• Coaching and empowering your teams to take personal ownership service delivery
• Delivering compliance in line with governance and defined standards
• Excellent communication skills including Stakeholder Management
• Experience of working in a Accounts Payable/P2P department
