Paid Search Executive

This role is the perfect opportunity for anyone with great interpersonal and organisational skills, interested in pursuing a career in Digital Marketing. You may have experience in other marketing roles before, but it's unlikely that you will have worked alongside so many dedicated digital experts.
You'll play an integral role in helping to create and optimise Google Ads accounts as well as looking to plan future Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
Create Google Ads accounts for new clients from keywords and ad copy to conversion tracking.
Optimise existing accounts - keeping up to date with the latest updates from Google and maintaining/improving KPIs.
Run meetings with new and prospective clients to explain our Google Ads proposition as well as meeting current clients to strengthen relationships and monitor and assess performance.
Work with our performance team to increase on page conversion rates.
Undertake regular competitor analysis. About You
Full training will be provided to ensure you can quickly get up to speed, but to be successful in this role you need to demonstrate:
Previous experience of digital marketing - this could be a degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance several priorities at the same time.
A pro-active and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn new skills.
Flexibility - the ability to quickly adapt as circumstances change and evolve.Desirable:
