An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vaccine Clinic Team Leader to join a public sector organisation based in Essex

The successful applicant will have previous experience in effectively leading a team and customer/patient services, ideally within a public sector organisation.

They will be required to have a knowledge of NHS and public sector procedures through training and experience. As well as the national Covid-19 vaccination programme

In this role your main objectives are:

· Manage and oversee the set-up of community vaccine clinics at agreed locations in-line with relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

· Manage and oversee the safe delivery of the whole on the day non-clinical customer journey, including check-in of patients, pre-vaccine waiting, post vaccine observation and exit

· Manage and coordinate all non-clinical staff on-site to ensure effective delivery of the customer journey and a positive customer experience

· Close coordination and liaison with the on-site clinical team to ensure an appropriate supply of vaccine to meet demand

Liaison with the site owner to ensure that issues are identified and responded to appropriately
