Temporary Accounts Assistant - C3 months (possibly to permanent) to £15ph
Incredibly successful and busy SME in central Aldershot need an Accounts Assistant to start ASAP through to October and quite possibly on a Permanent basis. Hours 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday though some flexibility on start / finish times may be possible for the right person.
Working alongside the Accounts Manager responsible for:
- Matching and processing supplier invoices onto Purchase Ledger
- Checking against POs and GRNs received from UK based sites
- Following up on queries to resolve swiftly
- Raising Sales Invoices
- Input and some manipulation of Excel spreadsheets
- Allocating payment run weekly / monthly
- Reconciliation of statements
This is working within a small team with a high work output so you must enjoy a pretty busy day which can sometimes be quite 'heads down'. That said they are super friendly, will offer system training but the successful candidate will have previous Purhase & Sales Ledger experience and be a safe pair of hands. You must be a confident user of Excel please.
