Digital Marketing Manager

How you will spend your day:

Management of social media across several social media platforms but with key focus on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Social Media Strategy & Scheduling - Planning content, copy and posting plans.
Social Media Analytics & Reporting - Share a monthly report of tracking and analytics.
Community management - responding to all dm's/comments/tagged pics.
Bring so many IDEA's to the table - you should be full of creative ideas and finding opportunities to grow and improve our social media
Trend Watch - What's the latest trend we should be getting involved in/ or better yet set trends!
Look after and build relationships with our social friends (influencers and fans) - reaching out, gifting and finding new online friends!
Figure out what gets the best engagement and which campaigns do well, to effectively plan your next move.
Reporting into Founder of the company and working closely

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's (preferred)
Are hungry for growth, learning and success. - this isn't an easy role and requires a lot of ambition and resilience.
If you're someone who leads with empathy and brings your authentic self to work.
Can handle pressure, loves and thrives in fast paced environments
Have a huge passion for social media and the potential it has now and in the future.
