We are recruiting for a Web Content Developer to join an existing Web and Marketing team at our client based in West Leeds. The purpose of the role will be to increase our client's digital marketing capabilities and output.

The successful candidate will be asked to create high-quality content for a range of uses whilst ensuring that their product range remains up-to-date and competitive.

The Role:

Research, create and review high-quality content across the digital properties to ensure users are presented with accurate and engaging material
Write clear and original copy for a range of platforms in the form of product or service descriptions, reports, blog posts, trade articles and more (SEO-optimised as required)
Collate reports/analysis including competitor pricing audits and keyword research
Coordinate and execute the company social media plans alongside the Marketing Manager
Take briefs on promotions and schedule content as required
Propose, create and manage digital marketing campaigns/incentives
Work to ensure all projects are completed on time and to budget

About You:

Good communication skills, with a focus on high-quality written content
A high level of accuracy, with strong editing and proofreading skills
Capable of creating content around technical subjects
Copywriting experience beneficial but not essential
A solid understanding of user needs
Comfortable working as part of a team
Previous experience of commerce websites, content management systems or SEO practices would be also beneficial

The salary is £20 - £24K with excellent benefits. Hours of work are 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, free parking and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
