We are looking for a Business Support Contracts Manager to join us here at Hft.

We are one of the largest learning disability charities in the UK, supporting over 2,500 people through our friendly, supportive, creative and diverse teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Commercial Finance and IT Department in Bristol.

The purpose of the Governance Officer is to provide a full range of administrative support and services in the Governance function, including to Trustees and Board Members. The role will work within the Quality and Governance function in providing an excellent service to all stakeholders based on a business partnering approach.

Reporting to the Contracts & Revenue Manager you will play a key role in managing the care and support invoicing of the organisation. The role will involve invoicing, management of complicated debt recovery queries and authorising credits and adjustments. You will be responsible for a small team, working with them to ensure the invoicing process runs as efficiently as possible.

Salary: £35,444 per annum

Hours: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours

Location: Emersons Green with remote working opportunity
