System Analyst / Manager, Banking

System Analyst / Manager with financial services experience is sought by prestigious city institution. They operate a hybrid working model with min. 2 days in their modern City based offices. This role provides a unique opportunity for you to manage the development and maintenance of Merchant Banking systems, liaise with vendors of the applications and drive value through regular engagement to leverage on vendors' expertise and any system developments. You will be tech-savvy and possess excellent troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • "Go-to" person for all CRM related business queries
  • Implementation and adoption of new systems
  • Perform system configurations and coordinate system developments with vendors
  • Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
  • Stakeholder management and project reporting to senior management
  • Single point of contact for critical incidents coordinating between internal IT teams and software vendors
  • Responsibility for the availability and on-going maintenance of applications
  • Responsible to ensure data integrity is being managed by the relevant data owners


Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience owning a System or CRM system within financial services
  • Experience in business analysis to effectively capture stakeholder requirements
  • Experience working with private and sensitive personal information
  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
