In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Digital on their key clients which have links to the interiors, built environment & property based sectors and, you will take responsibility for handling their online requirements, and a hint of offline. The clients are a mix of business to business and consumer, and cover different sectors as do their requirements - typical projects include all forms of digital - SEO, paid & organic, content & social, email & websites etc.
You will work in a small team, supporting them to measure key performance metrics such as website traffic, audience engagement & bounce rates, so it's important that you keep up to date with the latest emerging tools and software enhancements, and how this affects & can add value to current & future campaigns
You will also be working closely with creative and digital teams to ensure a seamless transition of briefs into the creative domain ensuring they are as clear and inspirational as possible. Needless to say, you will be managing projects from the get-go, so you'll need a passion for promoting client's brands, products and services through all facets of digital marketing.
What we're looking for
In essence, you will be overseeing the development of briefs on all digital & creative projects, and will be managing costs & timescales of each project & for these reasons, it is necessary to have a sound understanding across all marketing disciplines which can be gained in an in-house or agency environment.
This is not essential but it would be handy if you ideally have around 1-2 years' experience in a digital marketing role with practical experience in social media marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing and analytics platforms, and will have the ability to work both independently on projects as well as working within a team. There is quite a bit of work that has a lean towards paid & SEO so a good understanding in these disciplines would be quite handy.
You'll genuinely enjoy dealing with a varied portfolio of clients within different sectors across B2B and B2C, offering them professional, effective and proactive service at all times. Above all else, you will thrive in delivering projects across multiple digital channels & being able to work closely with client services and other teams to ensure a seamless transition of briefs. You will also be confident presenting your ideas internally and enjoy the challenge when a pitch for new or existing business is taking shape.
Exposure to clients in B2B & B2C sectors would be an advantage but, of equal importance is being at your best within a medium sized agency which still has a great close-knit feel about it.
