Client Details

My client is a well established, growing business based in Leatherhead. This accounts assistant role will form part of their wider accounts team. My client is offering 3 days WFH per week and two days working in the office.

This role would suit someone looking for a new challenge within a busy, fun business


In the role, your tasks will be:
  • Maintaining daily work flow
  • Creating and maintaining customer accounts
  • Checking and acknowledging contracts
  • Invoice registration
  • Running of business objective reports
  • Ad-hoc accounts duties


You will:
  • Be able to start at short notice
  • Be able to demonstrate admin and accounts skills
  • Be willing to go into the office for a min of 2 days per week
  • Have strong Excel skills
  • Have a friendly and willing personality
