Hays are working with an industry-leading client for a Payroll Business Analyst.
Your new role
Working with the payroll provider to ensure requirements are well understood and built accurately into the payroll solution.
Supporting the testing team with specifics of the future state functionality, designing test scripts, supporting execution, and performing User Acceptance Testing to ensure system readiness.
Running parallel runs of historical payroll periods, analysing the results, and advising the project team of the readiness to deploy.
Throughout the deployment, this role will support the upskilling of the teams to transition into future state.
What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of SAP Standard Payroll
Knowledge & experience of Global View is essential for this role
Hand on experience of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Data Components, ADP Global View and/ Time System or Zellis ResourceLink.
Experience of SAP HR on Premise - particularly Personnel Management infotypes used for storing core master data & payroll. Up to date knowledge of HMRC guidance.
Up to date knowledge of HR and Payroll rules and regulations and the ability to ensure compliance is always met.
