My client is a leading NHS organisation looking for an interim Finance Manager on a 3-month temporary basis with a strong potential to go permanent.

The main responsibilities of the interim Finance Manager are:
  • Heavy involvement with month-end.
  • Creating and sharing meetings to highlight key variances.
  • Managing and organising a timetable, prioritising a busy schedule.
  • Responsible for accruals and prepayments and posting in the ledger.
  • Be responsible for 1 direct report and overseeing their work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and hit the ground running and excel within a well-established organisation.

My client is looking for:
  • Previous experience within Management Accounts.
  • Excellent communication ability and strong excel skills.
  • Previous experience within the NHS sector is essential.
  • Knowledge of month-end and year-end.
  • Previous experience in budgeting and liaising with budget holders.
  • Must have used Oracle system before.
