We are seeking a Programme Manager for our Public Sector client on a remote basis. This is an initial contract until March paying between £450- £508/Day Inside IR35.

This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile:

• Experience with Capital Funding
• Project and Programme Management
• Strong excel experience
• Experience in dealing with Stakeholders at Senior Levels.
• Leading the delivery of the programme in partnership with the national Estates and Finance teams
• Leading the ongoing development of the Spending Review (SR) bid for a broader capital in partnership with the relevant policy leads
• Leading on the implementation of the improvement work once the capital settlement is agreed via the SR (including allocation of funding and establishment of new programme)
• Taking a lead on additional areas of policy and programme work beyond capital as required to support the delivery portfolio of work
