Theatre Manager (Clinical) up to £60k plus benefits - Hertfordshire

Rare opportunity for a clinical theatre manager to join a leading state of the art hospital in the Hertfordshire area on a permanent full time basis. The hospital offers a wide range of services and covers various specialities in theatres. The hospital has good transport links and is also accessible from Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, North London, and Essex.

The role

You will be working as a theatre manager in a friendly and supportive hospital managing a busy productive team. You will be responsible for departmental policies, practice standards , regulation and governance in order to provide a high quality and cost effective care services that will always put the patient first.

Hours / Shifts

37,5 hours working across a flexible and mixed shift pattern. As a manager you will be need to be available for some on call work and be flexible.

Skills required

* Proven experience a manager or leader in a clinical theatre setting.

* Strong clinical background

* NMC or HCPC registered

* Strong communicator

* You must be highly motivated

* Excellent organisation skills
