Mapped are delighted to be partnering with a social enterprise business on their search for an Accounts Assistant with Xero experience. This role will be temporary until circa end of Jan with possibility of extenstion

Key Responsibilites:
  • Reporting into Finance Director supporting on Accounts Assistant duties
  • Accounts Payable
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies Processing of Invoices
  • Invoice Coding
  • Processing payment runs
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Credit Control
  • Intercompany Reconciliations
  • Processing Employee expense claims
  • Posting of journal entries
  • Assist with monthly account closing

Key Requirements:
  • Xero experience
  • Minimum of 2 years Finance experience covering accounts payable and receivable
  • Commutable to Peckham (predominantly office based but flexibility on offer)
  • Available short notice (max 1 week notice or Immediate)
  • Working hours 9am - 5pm
