Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm & Friday 7am - 11am

Job Summary:
We are recruiting for an Electrical Team Leader / Qualified Supervisor to lead and coach skilled Electricians who deliver 1st and 2nd fix installation and testing on our bespoke park homes and lodges.
You'll lead and motivate a team of 12 Electricians, setting clear goals and hold daily briefings and oversee day-to-day operations in order to achieve our production goals.
You'll have the responsibility of Qualified Supervisor, ensuring the safety, technical and quality standards of all installation work completed under your supervision. You'll also;

Identify team training needs
Strive to reduce waste and support new product trials
Review current processes and ways of working to try and minimise costs and manufacturing times

You'll need to be qualified up to NVQ Level 3 with AM2 along with 2391 Inspection and Testing. You'll also need to have;

2 years supervisory/management experience to act as the Qualified Supervisor
18th Edition
The ability to work to tight deadlines and changing priorities
Experience in understanding and interpreting technical drawings/plans
A methodical and systematic approach to your work
An effective communication style with both your team and all colleagues and management teams
Working knowledge of using MS Office software
