This outstanding special school is looking for an inspiring Headteacher to join a their fantastic team, As the Headteacher, you will focus on high quality, creative learning, delivering their pupils educational needs, maximising children's achievement, and their ability to develop.
This is a great opportunity for a Headteacher who is looking to bring innovation and creativity to inspire learning in an SEN environment for children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure. The school has a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
This school is a SEN independent school, rated 'Good' by Ofsted. They have 20 students all aged between 8-16 years and they pride themselves on a holistic approach to supporting pupils with moderate learning difficulties. They are looking for a Headteacher with the experience, leadership skills and vision to build incredible futures by empowering young people, to be happy and to make their way in the world.
NPQH qualified and already a Headteacher, or a Deputy Headteacher looking to progress, and be genuinely motivated by helping every child to reach their potential.
