Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Mental Health Support Time Recovery Worker (STR) Band 3-4 to join the Community Recovery Mental Health Team based out of Havering in Greater London. The role is Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
The post holder will provide support and give time to an allocated group of service users under the Community Recovery Mental Health Team (CRMHT) to help in promoting their recovery and social inclusion, maintaining them in their community environment. This role will work in collaboration with statutory/voluntary bodies, and the local community groups to support people in their recovery. Also further supporting service user's active involvement in developing their recovery plans, undertaking physical health checks of patients with serious mental illness.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £11.52 - £14.52 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
