If you've got good solid agency or client side experience and are keen to work with a hugely successful, and still growing agency this is a job you don't want to miss.

The role:

Our client is a very successful B2B specialist agency. Like so many, it's roots are in print but it's so much more than that now, an agency offering brilliant marketing solutions for their clients. You'll be working closely with the Account Director and studio on a number of large, established clients from day one, attending customer meetings to review work or to work on new projects, prepare client quotations for all aspects of the projects as well as briefing the studio and working with creatives to come up with innovative and exciting solutions to briefs.

The existing team are all truly expert in their field and bring a wealth of experience to their clients meaning they can rely on them fully for true marketing support and they've become trusted members of the team. Projects will vary but may include large catalogue and literature projects, photography and videography briefs, packaging development and brand development. You'd also be working across social media planning and campaign management as well as web projects.

What we're looking for:

We really need someone who has some great all-round experience in marketing from either an agency or client side, although the absolute preference for this role would be for someone with both, probably about 3 years' or so, but you'll have a real understanding of how marketing in an agency works.

You'll be used to briefing complex projects, either to an agency or directly to creatives and then managing those projects on a daily basis. Creation of marketing plans and strategic planning documents experience is required as is experience of quoting, controlling and invoicing jobs through a design studio.

You'll have a really good knowledge of digital design and social media and have good knowledge of the print process (although as experts, there is a huge amount of experience in this discipline in the agency already) to produce catalogues and printed marketing collateral.

What's on Offer?

Salary for the role is up to £32,000 with a bonus structure in place, and they also have beautiful offices and a relaxed working environment. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to play a leading role in shaping their clients' work and working with the studio team to offer excellent creative solutions to help shape the future of the agency. There's also plenty of options for internal progression and to take on additional responsibilities.
