Badenoch + Clark are urgently looking to recruit a Payroll Team leader for a Temp to Perm contract with a key client of ours in Oldham.
This is a newly created role to assist with the payroll team management and the relationship building with the company's external payroll provider.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the timely and accurate submission of payroll data to the payroll managed service provider for the completion of payroll runs to ensure employees are being paid correctly and on time each month. Monitor and report on the service delivery standards of the payroll service provider to ensure SLA's are met. Escalate within HR any issues for contract management with the provider. Ensure that all information relating to payroll passed into the department is submitted for processing accurately and at the correct time and deadlines are met. Deliver a high standard of service for our employees, ensuring that payroll queries are managed through to resolution within agreed service standards. Support the development of the payroll team.
Requirements: Must has previous staff management experience. Must be CIPP qualified (or QBE) Must have strong technical payroll skills. Ideally have experience using Resource Link.
