Regional Project Manager - (Sport / Wellbeing Education & Community)

An award-winning social enterprise is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Project Manager to develop their community focused sport and educational programmes throughout the North West of England.

This sports enterprise is currently experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking an extremely skilled and dedicated person who is required to join the team and support their mission to improve health, wellbeing and educational standards throughout the country.

The Regional Project Manager role is key to their improvement and growth in coming years and is tasked to bring the enterprise 'mission' to the North West region.

The role:

• To develop new projects in the area
• Recruit and line manage multiple sports coaches and educational tutors, ensuring the highest standard of delivery is consistent across all programmes
• Build a network of over twenty stakeholders and partners
• Consistently meet monthly KPIs and score highly at performance reviews
• Provide monthly contract reviews to the National Development Director

Ideal Candidate must have:

• Project management experience within either sport, wellbeing, education and community programs
• Sales, Marketing and communication experience with the ability to develop new business opportunities
• Evidence of overachieving against targets, particularly in relation to sales, marketing and quality management
• Experience of sports management / coaching / tutoring within a community setting would be an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently on own initiative, under pressure and maintain a high standard of work
