Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client, a leading London University in their search for a Student Experience Manager (Casework) on a contract basis for seven months.

In this role you will oversee and undertake caseload to support student appeals, complaints, misconduct, fitness to study and other student facing processes. You will contribute to the wider work of the team to support its function in developing the student experience and policy framework, including reflecting on issues arising from student cases and identifying areas for change in broader developments. You will line manage a small team of two, and manage prioritising and working on a number of cases simultaneously.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience of complex student casework in Higher Education, including investigation and supporting any panels convened within student procedures. Experience of working within Schools and other Services to ensure compliance within institutional procedures and within a regulatory framework. Experience of line managing a small team.
