Finance & Payroll Operations Manager
Full time, working in the office
£35,000 to £38,000 per annum depending on experience + Excellent benefits
A reputable organisation that has sites across two locations, is recruiting for an experienced Finance and Payroll Manager who can lead an experienced team, reporting into the Head of Finance for my client in Redhill.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups. These essential skills will be tested before a face-to-face interview takes place.

Managing a team of 6, you will oversee all operational finance activity (payroll, accounts payable & receivable and banking), and act as the point of escalation whenever required. You will also be responsible for all related reconciliations and reporting, and for the review and approval all transactional finance activity; ensuring 'month-end' deadlines are met. In addition to this you will review operational finance and payroll processes, making recommendations for control and efficiency improvements.
The successful candidate must:
Have previous management or supervisory experience of transactional finance staff
Have previous Payroll experience
