The role:

We are looking for a highly self-motivated and proactive individual, who will thrive in a communication-based role that will be the key liaison between internal teams, customers, and external industry professionals. Job brief:

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of customers and act as the liaison between the internal project delivery team and the customer, as well as develop strong relationships with industry customers. A successful Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (including Business Development, Research, and Product) to improve the entire customer experience. You will be responsible for keeping current clients satisfied; delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis by performing a variety of tasks, leading and directing the work of others, and continuously reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of contact for any customer queries and matters

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, proactively engaging with current and potential customers

Develop trusted advisor relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs/objectives

Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and

external stakeholders

Assist in recognising new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

Forecast and track key account metrics, ensuring delivery of contractual obligations.

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Regularly review and update processes

Analyse and stay up to date on market trends, global events and current affairs

Requirements

• Essential:
o Experience delivering customer-focused solutions
o Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
o Proven experience reporting to key stakeholders (including C-level)
o Strong ability to adhere to deadlines; works well under pressure and able to continuously prioritise own and other workloads
o Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online meetings (e.g. MS Teams, Zoom)

• Desirable:

Educated to Degree level
Experience in international business and medical devices
