Based in Crawley
My client is looking for an Operations Manager with experience in managing a team within the service operations in car parking.
Maximise and develop relationships with existing clients and stakeholders as well as explore new business opportunities.
Be responsible for under performance and put corrective actions in place.
Manage, motivate and lead a team of up to 15 people.
Work alongside the contract manager to ensure the contract's budget and financial performance is upheld.
Provide solutions and continuous improvement by working with the client and key stakeholders.
You will be the principle operational point of contact and deputise for the contract manager as and when required.
It is essential you have previous experience in leadership and management.
Have the ability to develop relationships with clients, senior managers and stakeholders and
work well under pressure.
IT literate in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
40 hours pw. Occasional weekend/out of hours work by agreement.
Daily travel to multiple sites across the network is required. A travel pass will be provided.
