IT Transformation Change & Communications Manager

Working for an exceptionally prestigious, professional services firm in London. The firm embark on an exciting, once in a generation programme, to replace the firm's ERP System and a number of integrated systems. Reporting directly into the firm's CIO, you will be joining the programme at an early stage, and your role will play a pivotal part over the next two years to ensure change initiatives and activities will minimise the impact of the programme on its workforce whilst increasing employee adoption and usage of the new systems.

Role responsibilities:
  • Employs a structured change management methodology to facilitate change and promote commitment to adapt to the change - knows how to tailor this methodology to be culturally appropriate for the program
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identifying key stakeholders through thorough methodological investigations that will be impacted by the change
  • Identify potential pain points/hazards/change aversion and develop strategies to overcome these
  • Create and deliver communication strategies
  • Develop a training capability to support all aspects of programme delivery
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
  • Providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs
  • Line Management of a Business Change Manager

Experience and Qualifications Required:
  • Proven Change Management experience in a comparable role in a Partnership environment (Accountancy, Consultancy or Legal) is essential
  • Experience of ERP/CRM/Other IT Transformation
  • Extensive exposure to senior global stakeholders (C-level/board level)
  • Formal change management qualification (CCMP/APMG/Prosci/ADKAR)
  • Exceptional communication skills and a diplomatic approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work with ambiguity - must be capable of self-motivating and taking ownership of identified issues as well as those issues more abstract and still to be defined.
  • Whilst not essential - an accountancy background would be advantageous
