About the Account Manager Role

We are working closely with our client who are looking to grow their Healthcare asset finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who have an extremely strong culture and will give you the opportunity to progress in your career at an international level. As the Account Manager your responsibilities and duties will include:
  • Initiate, develop and grow new business relations using a range of contacts, referrals and direct channels: to have the confidence to cold call, use social media intuitively and network for good referrals
  • We expect you to design and lead your own marketing initiatives to formulate sales objectives, showing resourcefulness and self-motivation
  • A thorough understanding of the 'prospect funnel' and a respect for the time taken to nurture and develop relationships at each stage
  • A thorough understanding of the partner supply chain, routes to market 'best practices', policies and compliance issues, paired with a fine eye for detail
  • Excellent account management experience, including pipeline and portfolio management, data analysis and multi-level contact strategies
  • Able to identify and move into new healthcare and clean tech markets, keeping up to date with new developments in the sector and promoting our services as the solution to customer's needs

About You

If you are currently in an Account Manager role or are currently working as a Business Development Manager this is the ideal next step in your career.

Skills required for the Account Manager role:
  • Experienced with working on complex structured transactions
  • Preferably a background in healthcare and/or clean technology industries
  • Proven experience of building exceptional corporate business relationships with confidence, tenacity and attention to detail
  • First-hand knowledge of asset finance, or associated areas, with an emphasis on interacting with dealers and vendors
  • In-depth experience of working on contract negotiations, including dealing with complex terms and conditions
  • Proven communication skills at all levels in business, particularly senior and director level
  • Experience of using social media, paired with comprehensive researching skills
  • A true team-player
  • Adaptable and able to think on your feet
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional manner, someone who can really show off who the company are
  • A strategic and tactical outlook
  • You must be calm under pressure, have common sense and have a strong attention to detail
