Are you an experienced Accounts professional looking for a new challenge within a great company? Our client are recruiting for an Accountant to join their amazing team. The purpose of this role is to assume a variety of duties, including daily and monthly accounting, and financial reporting and analysis work; within the framework of a growing multinational corporation.

The Accountant position involves:

• Performing general accounting duties as required
• Preparation of journal entries, account analysis and reconciliations
• Maintaining fixed asset records
• Petty cash and employee expenses
• Preparing and filing multiple jurisdiction tax and VAT returns in a timely manner
• Assisting in any sales tax and/or tax audits
• Bank reconciliations
• Filing of purchase and sales invoices, expenses, journals and other accounts correspondence
• Processing and entry of vendor invoices and resolving queries
• Responsible for operating lease reporting; including various escalating leases
• Ensure all debtor, cash and bought ledger payments are promptly and accurately recorded

To be considered for the Accountant position you will:

• Be an accountant already
• Have advanced PC skills with Microsoft Office Excel and intermediate skill level with Power Point, and Word
• Maintain experience utilizing and extracting data from an ERP system
• Have a demonstrated track record of project management
• Identifying, owning, and driving projects to completion
