TimePlan are working with schools around Swanwick that cater to students with special/complex needs and challenging behaviour, and thus require additional support. SEN schools are specially designed to provide each student with the perfect learning environment and aim to equip them with social and working skills for when they leave.

Working within a school, you will be supporting small groups of pupils, or working 1:1 with pupils who require additional support within various subject areas. You will work alongside the class teacher, enhancing pupil's knowledge and increasing their attainment to ensure that No child is left behind. You will be responsible for keeping the pupils engaged in the work and helping with general support and personal care.

Start date - ASAP

Duration / Likely Duration - Temp to perm

Full time/part time - Full time

Rate of pay - £65 - £75 per day

In order to be considered for this position, all applicants must:

Hold a current and clear DBS or be happy to apply for one with TimePlan.
Excellent practitioners who strive to understand the students they are working with.
Able to take the initiative to develop good professional relationships and liaise with others.
Positive with energy and enthusiasm for their role.
Confident managing behaviour.
