We are currently working with a SEN School located in Birmingham to help find a suitable SEN Teaching Assistants to work on long-term with the option of progressing to a permanent contract. We are looking for SEN support staff who have previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH, Autism and Challenging behaviour ranging between 5-16 years of age.
Must have previous ecperince supportinng learning disabilities and difficulties including SEMH, Autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs. We require individuals who have had experience in a similar role and are keen to support pupils with social emotional and mental health and won't be fazed by challenging behaviour.
We have two long-term roles with an immediate start date which could progress to a permanent placement if successful in the role, so we encourage suitable candidates to apply asap.

The ideal candidate should have the following;
• Recognised qualification Level 2 minimum requirement
• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• SEN Teaching Assistant Experience, relevant SEN Support experience
• Previous relevant experience supporting pupils with some of the following learning difficulties and disabilities including: SEMH, Autism and challenging behaviour
• Engaging with pupils in small groups and on a one to one basis
