Office Manager - Financial Services £37,000 - £50,000 Dorking

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join an already successful Financial Services company. The newly created role is due to growth within the business. You will manage all areas of the business including HR, office management, Marketing, and be the link between external outsource providers. You will report directly into the business owner. You will be joining a process driven environment where the process's that are I place are tried and tested so learning them is all you will need to do! This role will suit a methodical thinker who enjoys a professional environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* HR - Managing all new starts/on boarding/probation's reviews/updating sickness/holidays/liaise with payroll company with changes
* Managing in coming and outgoing post,
* Facilities management including ordering stock and arranging maintenance
* Completing all business administration including client literature/client communications/Recording new client information
* Overseeing Continual Improvement policies and procedures
* Managing finance duties - Attend monthly meetings with the accountant to update on office expenses, Client income and expenditure
* Completed compliance duties - Fire safety,health and safety
* Assist the Operations and Business Development Executive with queries, complaints and general customer care activities, when required
* Manage and oversee annual business reviews of services and products
* Provide the Operations and Business Development Executive with regular feedback on team performance and development
* Work alongside both the Client Services Manager and Technical Manager to ensure a consistent client service experience.
