This is an amazing opportunity to work with a leading International Company, where there is huge scope to move between their sectors to gain experience, or progress within Animal Health.

The main aspect of this role would be to act as the QA Manager, performing only a small amount of batch release each month. Therefore Management experience is essential.

Responsibilities Include:

- Drive improvements of all the Quality systems, such as complaints, change control, deviations and compliance programmes to ensure they are robust and effective to support the activities of the pharmaceutical operations, maintaining a high level of GMP to meet the expectations of regulatory and Company requirements.

- To ensure all activities performed by 3rd Parties or suppliers are in compliance with both the regulatory and company GMP requirements. To perform required audits of 3rd Parties and suppliers and to ensure Quality Agreements are in place and maintained according to the relevant regulatory requirements and those of the their Quality Manual.

- To implement Product Quality Reviews/Annual Product Reviews.

- To implement and maintain development of local Quality SOPs to maintain product quality within the framework of the their Quality Manual.

- To lead or assist and/or ensure investigations are performs to resolve issues that may impact on the quality of manufactured product and to ensure long term preventive solutions are implemented and quality is improved and maintained.

- To assist in product recalls should the occasion arise and maintain correct procedures that are in compliance with both the regulatory requirements and the requirements of the their Quality Manual.

Your background:

- You must have the necessary qualifications to meet the local and EU requirements for 'Qualified Person'

- Minimum 3 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry and fulfilling duties of 'Qualified Person' as per Directive 2001/83/EU, for at minimum 1 year.

- In depth knowledge of Quality Systems.

- Experienced in Auditing.

- Thorough knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements

The salary at the moment is paying up to £60k plus an excellent car allowance and benefits.
