My client is the leading national eLearning Provider for the Health and Social Care industry. Offering customers high quality, accredited online training for their staff. My client has led the way in this industry, with a rapidly growing customer base and 5-star feedback to prove it. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Account Manager to provide strategic leadership and account management within my client's sales team.

Job Description
As an Account Manager, your role will be to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
The Successful Applicant
The successful Customer Success/Account manager applicant will have experience as a Sales Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, with a track record in positively growing accounts - 2 years' experience required as a minimum.

  • Strong relationship building and networking skills
  • Able to work effectively in a high-paced, target driven sales environment and meet KPI expectations (bonus: a demonstrable track record of exceeding your sales quota)
  • You are technically savvy and familiar with customer management tools like Hubspot
  • You lead with empathy, integrity and a "customer first" detail orientated attitude
  • Well-spoken with exceptional written communication and presentation skills
  • Great organisation skills with excellent attention to detail and an ability to answer inquiries on time
  • Highly motivated, positive, and driven by achieving personal and company/team success
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK and able to commute to an office in North London
  • Your sales experience is consultative, dealing with large companies or organisations, communicating and closing deals with department heads and managers.
