This fantastic specialist travel company entering a new stage of growth is seeking a new Systems & Implementations Manager to lead the development of a CRM and reservations system as well as implement improvements to the customer journey and client services.
Working alongside our CRM project manager, Head of Marketing and other senior members of the team, this role would suit a CRM or Operations Executive/Senior Executive with strong project management skills who is looking to take a step up into a manager level position with an ambitious company.
This role will be based out of a London HQ but with time spent working remotely too.
Core responsibilities:
* Work alongside overseas developers and members of the senior team to drive forward the development of the CRM and reservation system
* Support in CRM project management with daily meetings and through utilising project management tools
* Implement improved client proposal documents and experience content through our CMS and by working alongside designers and developers
* Complete reservation system processes covering finance, payments, receipts, documentation, supplier details and reporting
* Operational support to the wider team
* Develop interesting ways to integrate new software into the CRM and reservation system and to improve the client offering
* Support marketing integrations alongside our Digital Marketing Manager
* Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey at all stages, for all areas of the business, implementing changes
* Developing strategies to improve retention and referral marketing
* Management of all client data and segmentation to support marketing efforts
* Opportunity to build a team and lead a new department
Personal Specification:
* Exceptional project and time management skills
* Comfortable leading projects and communicating with multiple stakeholders
* Strong copy-writing skills and eye for design
* At home with data and technology
* Team player who's also able to work autonomously
* At least 3 years' experience in a CRM, client services or operational position
* Previous use of travel technology systems preferred
* Fully proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Experience using photo editing tools would be beneficial
* Degree (or equivalent)
* Additional marketing qualifications advantageous
