Signature Recruitment is excited to present the position of Marketing Manager at a prestigious London university on a temporary, full time basis. The purpose of the role is for the successful candidate to take the lead on marketing of the release of a new Undergraduate Programme. The role is part of a 4 month project and is a hybrid role, based in the office two days a week.

The successful candidate will hold excellent communication skills and proven experience in managing marketing from planning to implementation. You will also possess strong organisational and management experience, and be willing to go that extra mile. If this sounds like you, then please read on!

Marketing Manager Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Take the lead on the departments marketing strategies across all platforms
  • Responsible for the marketing for the launch of the programme early 2022
  • Engage with the departments digital platforms and develop them accordingly
  • Creating content for marketing material
  • Writing copy for students
  • Targeting marketing towards the higher education environment
  • Planning and implementing marketing strategies
  • Writing PR brief
  • Creating email and mailer automation
  • Liaising with various stakeholders
  • Be the main point of contact for the departments media marketing

Marketing Manager Essential Skills and Experience:
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Use of HubSpot
  • Excellent copy writing skills
  • Higher education experience
  • An understanding of Google Analytics
  • Willingness to be flexible
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Be innovative and able to implement new processes and procedures
  • Up to date knowledge of digital communications and content management systems
  • Management of high profile events
  • Experience working with various social media platforms
  • Able to work collaboratively with the University, other departments and internal senior staff members
  • Have a positive attitude and be open to personal and professional development
