The core responsibilities of this role will include the following;
  • Providing Financial Support to Managers and budget holders
  • Monitoring Rents and Service Charges
  • Administration duties
  • Posting payments and maintaining the database system
  • Managing budgets
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Journals


The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualities and skills;
  • AAT Qualifiation (preferable, not essential)
  • A proven track record in a similar role
  • Relevant knowledge of Housing (preferable, not essential)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience dealing with high volume
