MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working with a National IFA business to recruit an experienced File Checker (Business Quality Consultant) in their London office. This role can be based from anywhere in the UK and is totally home based.

The role will be to monitor the activities of the company's Financial Planning team by undertaking desk based monitoring and risk analysis. You must also use key control metrics and business MI to identify risk and recommend the required actions, including any training that should be delivered, new processes implemented or controls that need improving.
Candidates will ideally come from a Compliance/ Risk background within the Wealth management / Financial Planning sector and will have file checking experience. You should be Diploma qualified (or very close to achieving) and have a minimum of 3 years experience of working in the sector, as a good understanding of Financial Planning is essential.
