An NHS organisation is currently recruiting an Associate Director of Quality and Governance on an interim basis.
As the post holder you will be required to use your excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to build and execute the Quality strategy. You will use your extensive knowledge of clinical safety and strategy to empower and lead a team in the overall management of the service across the whole organisation.
You will oversee the management of legal functions and ensure these minimise the organisation's risk of litigations and claims. As the Associate Director you will be responsible for the organisation meets its obligations in relation to national standards e.g. Care Quality Commission Standards, NHS Litigation Authority Standards and National Patient Safety Agency Standards.
You will have oversight of the implementation of CQC recommendations and monitor delivery of the organisation's improvement plan.
