Feel like being part of...

Our Dealer Services Admin team are a support hub for our dealerships and Account Managers. Our Technical Administrators are responsible for the complex administration and data interpretation required to upload new dealerships and oversee the function of the account.

This role will be based in our Cardiff office however, you will be able to work a blend of both home and office each week. You'll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.

What would your day look like?

On-boarding new dealerships by completing various FCA and company checks
Dealership account maintenance
Dealer quality oversight
Interpreting intricate pricing data
Dealing with general queriesWhat do we expect of you?

Excellent attention to detail
To be able to work independently and be self-motivated to manage own portfolio of work
Strong stakeholder management
Able to use Microsoft systems, including Excel
