A leading hospital in Warrington is looking for a Registered Adult Nurse/RGN to work as Outpatient Team Leader in their well-established outpatients department. The hospital prides itself on the high level of care it gives to all patients and aims to make their patient journey as smooth as possible.

As an Outpatient Team Leader, you will be working in a very busy Outpatient department, looking after a variety of patients while providing outstanding care. You will also be performing minor procedures, taking bloods and providing wound care. You will take charge of shift and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. And finally, you will support the outpatient manager and Senior Staff Nurses to enable them to support Nurses and HCAs.
What we're looking for in an Outpatient Team Leader:
* NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN
* 5 years post-qualification experience in a clinical setting
* Excellent communication, organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire a team
* A genuine interest in healthcare
* Good clinical knowledge and understanding
* Ability to multi-task
