Novo Group is a support business that works with UK companies to help them develop and grow across a wide range of areas. Our Resourcing division is solely focused around the training and development of people to either get them ready for work or to improve their skills within the workplace and enhance the opportunities available to them. Novo has a vibrant and dedicated team, based out of our Jewellery Quarter office, which we are continuing to build as our business grows - the directors previously created and managed one of the leading children's nursery groups in the West Mids.
