Chef de Partie
We are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie.
Our client, is one of those rare unique independently owned Freehouse pubs set in an idyllic rural location in Gloucestershire.
They can promise you truly sensational food, real ales all set in glorious surroundings on the edge of the Cotswolds. It is close to the source of the River Thames and sits beside the Thames and Severn Canal. The cosy bar with its original wooden floors and open log fire, is warm and welcoming, serving real ales and outstanding food.
The restaurant provides a relaxed and charming space to sample their delicious menus, whilst their gardens offer the perfect place for al fresco dining in the summer.
They are looking for a Chef de Partie who is looking for the next step up and join a busy kitchen in the heart of the Cotswolds.
All experience welcome, enthusiasm essential.

Food Safety level 2 minimum.
Salary: £20000 - £30000 per annum depending on experience plus bonuses and/or overtime.
