This role requires a nurturing and self-assured graduate who has at least received a 2:1 in your degree and can play a nurturing role in the development of pupils. The school's perfect candidate is a graduate who can navigate confidently through the ever-changing environment of the classroom.

As their Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting the development of a Year 2 child that has a statement of Autism and speech and language difficulties. You will be in regular contact with the Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist and SENCO to ensure the tailored educational plans in place are effective. The Senior Leadership Team place each TA under the charge of a designated mentor, in your case this will be a SENCO who is extremely down to earth and supportive of all of the Graduates in her care.
