Role: Desktop Team Leader
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Our client provides award-winning IT Strategy, Systems & Support as a service to their vast and prestigious client-base.
This company have grown quickly and organically. They are well established with over 15 years in operation, and they now have 150+ team members and multiple offices.
They are looking for a Desktop Team Leader to get on board to provide guidance and motivation to a team of 7 skilled 2nd line engineers.
You will be responsible for the upkeep and, where possible, improvement of this company's award-winning IT support services.

Software/Hardware - Rollout, Support and Confiugration
AD, AAD, GPO
Networking basics - troubleshooting & 1st/2nd level BAU
Windows Server & OS
VoIPIn this role you will undertake all the responsibilities you would expect: setting KPI's/SLA's, conducting 1-to-1's, writing performance reviews, allocating service desk tickets, dealing with disgruntled customers (this should be a very rare occurrence!) etc.
