Badenoch + Clark is partnering with a public sector organisation who is looking to engage with a Project Manager to support a number of high profile projects for an initial 12 month contract. This post is responsible for the successful project management and implementation of ICT led projects including an office move and other infrastructure projects.
Duties and responsibilities:-
** Manage an office including Data Centre, Networking and End User Computing ** Lead and manage the successful implementation of IT projects against agreed project plans to time and within constraints, using PRINCE 2 methodologies ** Apply expert IM&T knowledge and operational experience to the deployment of IT solutions ** Produce and maintain the formal project documentation required throughout the project lifecycle including the production of policies and procedures ** Develop and maintain strong communications links with key stakeholders, including Project Boards, conveying complex issues and negotiating desired outcomes
Please note that the contract element will fall in scope for IR35 and will need to operate through an umbrella company or PAYE set up.
