2nd Line Help Desk Technician
Length: 12 Months +
IR35 Status: Inside
Pay: up to £130 per day DOE
My client are looking for a 2nd Line Help desk Technician to join on a long term basis, with a possibility of turning into a permanent role. This role is full time, working on site full time. The successful candidate will need an Enhanced DBS check completing, having a transferable, active Enhanced DBS will be a very big advantage.
Providing support on site
1st and 2nd Line Experience
Resolving, escalating, or assigning queries as required
At least 2 years' experience in a 1st/2nd Line position
