Our Central Services teams support Pinnacle's operating businesses by providing professional support to the operational business including: Compliance and Audit, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Technology and Innovation, Procurement, Health and Safety.
Are you an experienced Compliance, Risk and Assurance Manager looking for a new challenge? This is a chance to work with Pinnacle Groups Commercial & Legal Team in a newly created position. The role will be based in Central London, working from home and could require some occasional UK-based travel. This new role is key to reinforcing strong corporate governance. It plays a significant role in assuring that Pinnacle Group operates within its rules, relevant statutory legislation, regulatory requirements and codes of practice.
·Provide sound technical advice to the business on regulatory and compliance matters including but not limited to the Regulator of Social Housing's (RSH) regulatory standards, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, Payment Card Industry and Consumer Credit License compliance.
·Working with the wider business to ensure that regulatory returns and accreditations are complete, accurate and are submitted or audited on time.
·Support managers in developing control frameworks that deliver regulatory compliance.
·Maintain an on-going awareness of developments in corporate governance and compliance and identify and manage any actions that may need to be taken.
·Executing a compliance and quality management programme (regulatory compliance, accreditation compliance and internal policy compliance) to ensure the management systems continue to be suitable, adequate and effective for the purposes of the Group.
Risk & Assurance
·Support the Team in the development and embedding of sound proportionate governance and risk management processes across the Group.
·Evolving the risk and audit methodologies in line with good practice and business needs.
·Facilitating the risk management and business continuity process, providing independent challenge over risk assessments, mitigations, action planning and continuity plans.
·Design and implement Quality Management Systems as per Group and contractual requirements in accordance with the latest ISO (or similar) accreditation guidelines and oversee programme of internal and external audits to maintain standards and accreditation.
What you'll bring:
·Be a Professional member of the Chartered Quality Institute with experience in quality management.
·Have sound technical expertise in corporate compliance areas relevant to the Group including, for example, the Regulator of Social Housing's regulatory standards, Anti Money Laundering, Anti-Fraud, PCI, Consumer Credit Licence.
·Is an expert in governance and compliance requirements for housing and / or facilities management or similar organisations
·Have the ability to ensure deadlines are met whilst effectively managing numerous workstreams.
·Strong ability to develop and work with risk management, compliance and assurance tools.
It would be great if you had:
·Highly developed analytical skills.
·Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively at senior management level.
·Demonstrable experience of and understanding of corporate risk management both strategic and operational.
·Previous line management experience
