£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonuses

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager with a passion for education to join our business working across the North East, based out of Newcastle or Middlesbrough.
We're looking for a successful education recruitment leader with a proven track record of delivering growth across multiple locations to join our expanding branch network and provide the leadership, direction and skills that will help take our dedicated team of managers and consultants to the next level.
The successful applicant will lead our business across our North East SEND and Mainstream branches, benefiting from a team of dedicated recruitment people, an established client relationship base, a strong local presence and superb potential for future growth. You will also be supported by a growing team of dedicated, passionate and talented people.
You may already be a successful Regional Manager looking for further development and progression or an Area Manager who is ready to take the next step in your career. A strong work ethic and ability to lead from the front will be essential. You should also believe in the same things we do: teamwork, quality and continuous improvement.
