This role is focused on:

Acting as a crucial link between our clients and the agency - liaising internally and with clients to deliver effective multi channel creative campaigns on time, on brief and to budget. Demonstration of a high level of commercial awareness through the achievement of business objectives. Working with the Account Director to grow and nurture the account management team.

The Role.

- developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consistently striving to exceed their expectations
- developing a good understanding of the client's business and market
- managing client expectations, anticipating and rectifying potential issues
when necessary
- delivering the highest standard of service to the client
- working with the Account Director, Account Manager/Executive and
Creative team to produce multi-media campaigns
- championing creative, particularly idea generation and concept
development, and effectively managing the briefing process internally and
externally

Skills

- both on and offline experience
- excellent planning and organisation skills
- solution focused attitude
- great attention to detail - checking amends and proof-reading
- ability to juggle numerous tasks at once effectively
- ability to run jobs through the agency from concept through to delivery
- ability to delegate work to achieve the best results
- coaching and mentorship of team members
- relationship building both with clients and within the agency
- great time management
