We are looking for someone with Senior Management experience of infrastructure/applications with a particular slant towards managing multiple teams with different disciplines, from technology infrastructure to application development and transformation to contact centres. The work will entail ensuring teams are managing their business as usual activities appropriately (ITIL processes), supporting managers with various HR issues as they occur and helping to manage project work alongside third party project managers etc.
Qualifications/Skills Required -
Master's Degree preferably in a technology related discipline or a minimum of 3 years' senior management experience leading a technology service.
ITIL Foundation Qualification
Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner Qualification
Further ITIL Qualifications
Managing Successful Programmes
Other Professional Certifications, Microsoft/VM Ware/Cisco etc
Good understanding of the National IM&T agenda.
Comprehensive understanding of the issues which underpin the provision of technology services in a complex organisation
Understanding of Information Governance Toolkit and its requirements.

Excellent management experience of leading an technology support function in a large or complex organisation
Substantial knowledge/experience of voice and data technologies and service provision.
